I use this antibody to measure STAT5 activation in mouse CD4+ T cells upon treatment with our stimuli. I was looking for an antibody which I can use for multiple applications with multiple species and I found out this one.

Anti-rabbit antibody (1:3000) for 1h at room temperature

I got a decent band at around 85kDa with a strong non-specific band at the bottom. I could avoid getting that band. Otherwise, specific pSTAT5 band is clear and easy to quantify.

Good to use for multiple species and applications
Requires higher concentration and longer exposure time.
Not the best, but still a better choice for multiple species applications.
