The aim of our study was to test the time course effect of growth factor on Phospho-PKD/PKCµ (Ser744/748) levels in mammalian cell line. For this, quiesced cells were treated with PDGF, proteins were extracted and resolved in 7.5% SDS-PAGE. Resolved proteins were western transferred on a nitrocellulose membrane and probed for Phospho-PKD/PKCµ (Ser744/748).
