The longstanding goal in our lab is to understand how drug resistance develops. One of the known methods of developing tumor resistance is via the expression of PGP. Here we test if the antibody can detect PGP in colon cancer cells using immunofluoroscence. From the results it is evident that the antibody works very well to detect PGP expression in colon epithelial cells on the surface.

Experimental Design and Results Summary

Immunofluorescence

Sample

Human colon cancer cell line

Primary Incubation

1:500 in block buffer
