High Fidelity Polymerase Product

I do work with liver pathology and have a strong background and experience in innovative liver tumor models, molecular biology techniques such as cloning, mutagenesis and gene expression along with cell and tissue culture. I also have extensive experience in working with transgenic and knockout mouse models and have used sleeping beauty transposon technology along with hydrodynamic delivery method to generate tumors in mouse livers that are composed of human cancer causing genes (oncogenes). I chose this product because PrimeSTAR GXL DNA Polymerase is a high fidelity polymerase for PCR amplification, it can be used for GC-rich templates with good results. I tried to use it to get target base pairs from the genome DNA, and it worked better than several other PCR Polymerase kits. The kit also already included the dTNP mix and buffer and the operation is very easy. In summary, it's a very reliable kit, and can save time; the abilty to quickly program the kit also works very well for 100-2000bp length target gene.
