We do work on gene and protein expression changes (epigenetic modulators) in neuroglia differentiation and behaviour. This product was used to check the molecular signaling of neurotrophic compounds. The product inhibits MAK1/MEK2 and is useful for studying MAPK/ERK signaling.

Neurobalstoma cells (N2A cells)
The N2 differentiated in serum-free medium, added with (30um) of product or without inhibitor and incubated for 1h. Afterwards, compound of interest was added and 2h of incubation was allowed.
