The main purpose of our work is to identify new functional roles of candidate genes in the cellular network. In order to understand their functional roles, we downregulate the candidate genes in different cell lines and verify it with Western Blot by using specific antibodies. We use this antibody to detect the specific alpha fodrin (SPTAN1) protein in human cell lysates by performing Western-Blot.
