The aim of my research was to compare wild type and knockout mice to see if there is a change in Th2 signaling during a housedustmite (HDM) allergy model. Thus, I wanted to look for the important TH2 cytokine IL-4 via flow cytometry in CD4+ T cells. In order to analyze IL-4 production I used the BioLegend anti-mouse IL-4 antibody on APC. It worked really great and gave a very good signal in the lung, lymph nodes, and airways. I would highly recommend this IL-4 antibody.
