Here I am looking at two parameters at the same time (CD25 PE X-axis and Foxp3e450 Y-Axis). This ab was used to stain mouse naive CD4 T cells from the spleen CD3+CD4+CD25-CD44 low CD62L high. Staining was very strong even at 1:300 dilution.
