The aim of the research is to study lymph node myeloid cells in cancer. In my experiment, I tested if a cytokine associated with tumor promotion alters myeloid cell counts. We selected PE anti-mouse CD169 (Siglec-1) Antibody from BioLegend specifically because CD169 is expressed in myeloid cells and can be found in adult lymph nodes. Using this product I was able to distinguish different myeloid subsets.
