Kinase Multiplex

Kinase multiplex assays are immunoassays that are able to detect multiple kinase targets simultaneously. Kinases are a broad, diverse protein family and are involved in many important cellular signaling pathways. For instance, some assays for receptor tyrosine kinases (RTKs) can detect the phosphorylation of up to 49 human RTKs in parallel, including ROR1, EFGR, EphA, EphB, PDGFR-A/B and others. These assays can come in the form of panels addressing a certain subset or family of kinases, such as the NFkB pathway, human RTKs, mouse RTKs, DNA damage pathway, among others. Multiplex assays are more advantageous than traditional ELISAs as they can detect multiple analytes at once from a given sample, which can save time, labor, and cost, as well as sample material. Visit the supplier page for more assay information, including exact proteins that can be detected and assay kit contents.
