The plot shows expression of caspase-3 and caspase-9 after 48 h treatment with 7, 3'-di-O-methyltaxifolin, 3'-O-methyltaxifolin, 7-O-methyltaxifolin, 3-O-methylquercetin, taxifolin, and quercetin. An increase in the caspase-3 and caspase-9 was observed post treatment. Data are presented as optical density (OD) proportional to both caspase concentrations. A high OD represents high caspase production.
