Western blot analysis of C/EBP zeta using C/EBP zeta Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-37925) (0.5 µg/mL) in staining of Mouse fetal Brain lysate (35 µg protein in RIPA buffer). Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.
Western blot of CCAAT/Enhancer Binding Protein zeta in mouse fetal brain lysate was performed using 35 µg protein in RIPA buffer. Lysates were probed with a CCAAT/Enhancer Binding Protein zeta polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-37925) at a dilution of 0.5 µg/mL and incubated for 1 hour, followed by chemiluminescent detection.
