Fig 1: Infiltration pattern of 20 leukaemia PDX in bone marrow, spleen and peripheral blood depending on the injection site of the leukaemic cells. Each PDX model displayed its specific expression pattern of the three investigated surface markers CD45, CD38 and CD34 in all tested settings. Despite for one model, LEXF 2431, leukaemic cells did not infiltrate the haemopoietic organs when injected subcutaneously.
