Western blot analysis of Nestin in various lysates. Samples were incubated with Nestin monoclonal antibody (Product # MA1-5840) using a dilution range of 1:1,000 to 1:5,000. Lane 1: 5 µg total rat brain protein; Lane 2: 1 µg human CNS progenitor cell protein; Lane 3: 5 µg human CNS progenitor cell protein. Optimal dilution should be determined by the user. The arrowhead denotes the location of nestin protein band. Note the specificity of the antibody to human nestin and the absence of non-specific bands.
