Detection of Synaptopodin (cat. no. 163 002, dilution 1 : 1000) and beta-Actin (cat. no. 251 011, dilution 1 : 1000) in wild type (WT) and Synaptopodin knock-out (KO) mouse brain homogenates.​

Immunofluorescence labeling of a cultured hippocampal neuron (12 DIV) with anti-synaptopodin (red; dilution 1 : 600) and anti-synaptophysin (green; cat. no. 101 011; dilution 1 : 200).
Nerve-terminals were visualized with Cy3 and Cy5 conjugated secondary antibodies (Jackson Immunoresearch; dilution 1 : 400).

Immunostaining of a glomerolus in in a PFA fixed mouse kidney section with rabbit anti-Synaptopodin (cat. no. 163 002, dilution 1 : 200). Immunoreactivity was revealed using a Cy3 conjugated secondary antibody. Nuclei were visualized by DAPI staining.

Indirect immunostaining of PFA-fixed paraffin embedded sections from mouse cerebellum with rabbit anti-Synaptopodin (cat. no. 163 002, dilution 1 : 250). Immunoreactivity was revealed using diaminobenzidine as chromagen. Nuclei were counterstained with haematoxylin (blue).
