Immunocytochemistry on a cultured hippocampus neuron growing on an astrocyte feeding layer (dilution 1 : 200). Immunoreactivity was revealed with a fluorescence labeled secondary antibody.
The antibody predominantly stains stabilized micro-tubuli in neurons.

Indirect immunostaining of PFA fixed mouse brain section with rat anti-Tyr-α-Tubulin (cat. no. 302 117, dilution 1 : 500; red) and mouse anti-Glu-α-Tubulin (cat. no. 302 011, dilution 1 : 500; green). Nuclei have been visualized by DAPI staining (blue).​
