Immunohistochemical analysis of CITED2 in formain fixed paraffin embedded (formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded) tissue section of human breast cancer. Samples were incubated in CITED2 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA3-16523) using a dilution of 1:500. The primary antibody bound to CAIX antigens in the tissue section was detected using a HRP labeled secondary antibody and DAB reagent. Nuclei of the cells were counterstained with hematoxylin. Staining was localized to the nucleus.
