Immunofluorescent analysis of Phospho-Histone H3 (pSer10, green) in human uveal melanoma cells. Cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde for 15 minutes, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS for 10 minutes at room temperature, and blocked with 5% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature. Cells were probed with a Phospho-Histone H3 (pSer10) monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-15220) at a dilution of 1:600 for 1 hour at room temperature, washed with PBS, and incubated with an Alexa-Fluor 488-conjugated anti-mouse IgG secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:500 for 1 hour at room temperature.
