At 24 hpi, the cells were fixed and incubated with rabbit polyclonal antibody specific to mink NF-?B P65 and mouse monoclonal antibody specific to CDV N protein, then incubated with FITC-labeled goat anti rabbit IgG and Cy3-labeled goat anti mouse IgG, respectively. Cell nuclei were stained by DAPI. The fluorescent images were analyzed under a confocal microscopy (Leica, Germany).
