Fig 2: Impacts of miR-15b-5p and GDI2 on the proliferation and invasion of THCA cells. GDI2 expression was reduced or induced by si-GDI2 or pcDNA3.1-GDI2 in SW1736 and K1 cells both at (A) mRNA and (B) protein levels, (C) which were semi-quantified from western blot analysis.
