Western Blot using anti-HSPB1 antibody SAIC-23C-35 (Ab00314). HeLa(A) (0.03µg/ml), MCF7(B) (0.001µg/ml), Caco-2(C) (0.1µg/ml) and A431(D) (0.03µg/ml) cell lysates (35µg protein in RIPA buffer) were resolved on a SDS PAGE gel and blots were probed with the chimeric rabbit version of SAIC-23C-35 (Ab00314-23.0), before detection using an anti-rabbit secondary antibody. A primary incubation of 1h was used and protein was detected by chemiluminescence.
