The expression patterns of ANGPT2 and CCL3 increased 2.4-fold (P < 0.01) and 3.6-fold (P = 0.02) in aortic tissues of AAD compared with healthy control. ANGPT2 increased up to 4.2 folds in AAD patients, whereas CCL3 did not change.
