Western blot analysis was performed on tissue extracts (30 µg lysate) of Mouse Kidney (Lane 1) and Mouse Liver (Lane 2). The blot was probed with Anti-Nephrin Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-72826, 1 µg/mL) and detected by chemiluminescence using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (Heavy Chain) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27036, 0.25 µg/mL, 1:4000 dilution). A 160 kDa band corresponding to Nephrin was observed in Mouse Kidney and not in Mouse Liver which is reported negative for Nephrin expression.
