(A–F) Gene expression levels of toll-like receptors (TLR2, TLR4), inflammatory cytokines (TNF-a, IL-6), adhesion molecule ICAM1, and anti-inflammatory mediator TGF-ß were compared in mice on a high-fat diet (HFD) and control diet (CD). There were no significant differences in the gene expression of these mediators between HFD and CD mice. Data presented as mean ± SEM (n = 6 per diet group).
