Normal human peripheral blood cells were unstimulated (left) or stimulated for 5 hours with the Cell Stimulation Cocktail (plus protein transport inhibitors) (Product # 00-4975-03) (right). Cells were stained intracellularly with Anti-Human CD4 PE (Product # 12-0049-42) and Anti-Human IL-13 FITC using the Intracellular Fixation and Permeabilization Buffer Set (Product # 88-8824-00) and protocol. Cells in the lymphocyte gate were used for analysis.
