With in-solution, low-sample-consumption affinity measurements, it's possible to measure otherwise challenging interactions. Monolith X enables you to measure affinities of:
- Membrane proteins like GPCRs and ABC transporters
- IDPs such as Tau
- Proteins in lysate, serum, or media
- Ternary complex interactions
- Low-solubility proteins that require high detergent concentration
- Mass-change-independent interactions, such as small molecules or ions vs. large proteins
