Dr. Tanuja Koppal is a science writer, analyst, consultant and President of Biomics Consulting. She specializes in spotting emerging trends in life sciences and over the past 14 years has written several articles, moderated webinars targeting a global scientific community, and organized more than 100 conferences related to drug discovery and development. Prior to launching her consulting career, she was the Editor-in-Chief of Drug Discovery and Development, Genomics & Proteomics, and PharmaAsia at Reed Business Information. She completed her doctoral work at the University of Kentucky and her post-doctoral studies at Northwestern University Medical School, focusing on understanding the cellular pathways leading to neurodegeneration in Alzheimer's disease.
