Description

VISQUE® InVivo Smart-LF is an in vivo imaging system and offers bioluminescent and fluorescent imaging and analysis. The high-sensitive scientific CMOS camera with cooling technology which is developed solely for VISQUE® InVivo Smart-LF, maintains the operating temperature of the CMOS sensor at up to 50°C below ambient temperature. Thus, the camera provides high sensitivity imaging and lowers the noise level so that it can detect the very weak signals in bioluminescent and fluorescent imaging in quantum efficiency up to 94% a 550nm.

VISQUE® InVivo Smart-LF has an exclusive analysis software, CleVue™, which has developed since 2010. CleVue™ is a result of researchers' efforts to develop a convenient software for image analysis and quantification for a long time and offers more than 10 algorithms for analyzing kinetics using the time-lapse imaging, which is the only one in the world. The figures analyzed using CleVue™ had been published to SCI journals.
