Humanized immune system mouse models with functional human NK cells are critical for evaluation of antibody-based therapeutics, but existing models have only a low frequency of human NK cells. Two novel transgenic mouse models, hIL-2 NOG and hIL-15 NOG, have recently been developed to study NK cell biology as well as evaluate NK cell-mediated in vivo cytotoxicity. In this on-demand webinar, Dr. Takeshi Takahashi of the CIEA examines the performance and applications of humanized hIL-2 NOG and hIL-15 NOG mice in immuno-oncology drug discovery.
