The Biocompare Cell Isolation search tool lets you conveniently select cell separation kits, media, and other products from reliable manufacturers. Use the filters to narrow down the best items for your desired cells, samples, and application.
Dendritic cells (DCs) differentiate from hematopoietic stem cells in the bone marrow and proceed to colonize skin, mucosa and lymphoid tissues. DCs are able to grow branched dendrite projections that resemble those of neurons. They function as immune cells by presenting antigens to T cells to protect against foreign antigens. In addition, they also secrete cytokines. Ready-to-use dendritic cell isolation kits are available that separate cells by depleting unwanted cell types (negative selection) or by binding key cellular markers.
