XRN1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein 5'-3' exoribonuclease 1, which is encoded by the XRN1 gene in humans. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 1706 residues, a mass of 194.1 kDa, and is a member of the 5'-3' exonuclease protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasm and is found to be expressed in heart, brain, pancreas, spleen, testis, osteogenic sarcoma (OGS) biopsy and primary cell lines. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include strand-exchange protein 1 homolog.
The detection range for different XRN1 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
