ATRAID ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein all-trans retinoic acid induced differentiation factor, which is encoded by the ATRAID gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to promote osteoblast cell differentiation and terminal mineralization. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 229 residues and a mass of 24.7 kDa. It is known to be localized in the nucleus, lysosomes, and cell membrane and is reported to be weakly expressed in hematopoietic cell lines. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include C2orf28, HSPC013, PRO240, p18, apoptosis related protein APR-3, apoptosis-related protein 3, and APR--3.
There are Atraid ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
