RAB4A ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein RAB4A, member RAS oncogene family, which is encoded by the RAB4A gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be a Small GTPase which cycles between an active GTP-bound and an inactive GDP-bound state. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 218 residues, a mass of 24.4 kDa, and is a member of the Rab protein family. It is known to be localized in the membrane and cytoplasm. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include HRES-1/RAB4, HRES1, RAB4, ras-related protein Rab-4A, HTLV-1 related endogenous sequence, and HRES-1.
There are RAB4A ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 31.2 pg/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
