N4BP1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein NEDD4 binding protein 1, which is encoded by the N4BP1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be a potent suppressor of cytokine production that acts as a regulator of innate immune signaling and inflammation. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 896 residues, a mass of 100.4 kDa, and is a member of the N4BP1 protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm and is notably expressed in fetal lung, brain, liver, skeletal muscle, pancreas, kidney, spleen, testis and ovary. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally ubiquitinated, sumoylated and cleaved.
