KLHL22 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein kelch like family member 22, which is encoded by the KLHL22 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be a substrate-specific adapter of a BCR (BTB-CUL3-RBX1) E3 ubiquitin ligase complex required for chromosome alignment and localization of PLK1 at kinetochores. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 634 residues and a mass of 71.7 kDa. It is known to be localized in the nucleus, lysosomes and cytoplasm. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include kelch-like protein 22 and kelch-like 22.
Some KLHL22 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
