CLINT1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein clathrin interactor 1, which is encoded by the CLINT1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to bind to membranes enriched in phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate (PtdIns(4,5)P2). The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 625 residues, a mass of 68.3 kDa, and is a member of the Epsin protein family. It is known to be localized in the membrane, cytoplasmic vesicles, and cytoplasm and is found to be widely expressed at low to intermediate levels. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include ENTH, EPN4, EPNR, clathrin interacting protein localized in the trans-Golgi region, enthoprotin, and CLINT.
Some CLINT1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
