ASB17 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein ankyrin repeat and SOCS box containing 17, which is encoded by the ASB17 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is believed to be a substrate-recognition component of a SCF-like ECS (Elongin-Cullin-SOCS-box protein) E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex which mediates the ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation of target proteins. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 295 residues, a mass of 34.3 kDa, and is a member of the Ankyrin SOCS box (ASB) protein family. It is notably expressed in testis. Other alias names for this target include ankyrin repeat and SOCS box protein 17.
The detection range for different ASB17 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
