ATP9B ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein ATPase phospholipid transporting 9B (putative), which is encoded by the ATP9B gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in endocytosis and the metabolism of lipids. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 1147 residues, a mass of 129.3 kDa, and is a member of the Cation transport ATPase (P-type) (TC 3.A.3) protein family. It is known to be localized in the golgi. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include ATPase type IV, phospholipid transporting (P-type), ATPase, class II, type 9B, macrophage MHC receptor 1, and probable phospholipid-transporting ATPase IIB.
Some ATP9B ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
