VPS35 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein VPS35 retromer complex component, which is encoded by the VPS35 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to act as component of the retromer cargo-selective complex (CSC). The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 796 residues, a mass of 91.7 kDa, and is a member of the VPS35 protein family. It is known to be localized in the membrane and cytoplasm and is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. The VPS35 gene has been associated with the disease, Parkinson disease. Other alias names for this target include hVPS35, maternal-embryonic 3, vacuolar protein sorting 35 homolog, and vacuolar protein sorting-associated protein 35.
There are VPS35 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 78.125 pg/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
