NAA60 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein N-alpha-acetyltransferase 60, NatF catalytic subunit, which is encoded by the NAA60 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a reported N-alpha-acetyltransferase that specifically mediates the acetylation of N-terminal residues of the transmembrane proteins, with a strong preference for N-termini facing the cytosol. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 242 residues, a mass of 27.5 kDa, and is a member of the Acetyltransferase protein family. It is known to be localized in the golgi and membrane. As many as 5 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally acetylated. Other alias names for this target include N-acetyltransferase 15 (GCN5-related, putative), N-alpha-acetyltransferase F, epididymis secretory sperm binding protein, histone acetyltransferase type B protein 4, and N-alpha-acetyltransferase 60.
The detection range for different Naa60 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 78 pg/mL and as high as 5000 pg/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
