JADE3 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein jade family PHD finger 3, which is encoded by the JADE3 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be a scaffold subunit of some HBO1 complexes, which have a histone H4 acetyltransferase activity. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 823 residues, a mass of 93.8 kDa, and is a member of the JADE protein family.
