JADE2 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein jade family PHD finger 2, which is encoded by the JADE2 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be a scaffold subunit of some HBO1 complexes, which have a histone H4 acetyltransferase activity. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 790 residues, a mass of 87.5 kDa, and is a member of the JADE protein family.
