These I-mfa ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of I-mfa in biological samples. I-mfa is an alias of the human MDFI gene, which encodes the protein, MyoD family inhibitor. Notably, I-mfa is known to play a role in the regulation of transcription and trophoblast giant cell differentiation, among other functions. The MDFI protein is described to be 246 amino acid residues in length and 25 kilodaltons in mass. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell. Other names for this target antigen include I-MF and I-mfa. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
