HSST3 ELISA Kits

These HSST3 ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of HSST3 in biological samples. HSST3 is an alias of the human NDST3 gene, which encodes the protein, N-deacetylase and N-sulfotransferase 3. The protein is known to be an important bifunctional enzyme that catalyzes both the N-deacetylation and the N-sulfation of glucosamine (GlcNAc) of the glycosaminoglycan in heparan sulfate. The NDST3 protein is 873 amino acid residues in length and 100.9 kilodaltons in mass. However, as many as 3 protein isoforms have been identified. It is localized to the golgi of the cell. In terms of tissue specificity, it is reported to be expressed in the brain, kidney, liver, fetal and adult lung, adult pancreas, placenta, fetal spleen and fetal thymus. This protein is known to be glycosylated. Other names for this target antigen include bifunctional heparan sulfate N-deacetylase/N-sulfotransferase 3.
