LDLRAD3 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein low density lipoprotein receptor class A domain containing 3, which is encoded by the LDLRAD3 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is believed to influence APP processing, resulting in a decrease in sAPP-alpha production and increased amyloidogenic P3 peptide production. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 345 residues, a mass of 37.4 kDa, and is a member of the LDLR protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is notably expressed at high levels in the brain, lung, skeletal muscle, and pancreas. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include LDLR class A domain-containing protein 3, and low-density lipoprotein receptor class A domain-containing protein 3.
There are LDLRAD3 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
