HUS1B ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein HUS1 checkpoint clamp component B, which is encoded by the HUS1B gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in DNA repair and DNA replication. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 278 residues, a mass of 31 kDa, and is a member of the HUS1 protein family. It is noted to be expressed strongly in testis, less in spleen, thymus, prostate, colon and leukocytes. Other alias names for this target include HUS1 checkpoint homolog b, hHUS1B, and checkpoint protein HUS1B.
