CNOT9 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein CCR4-NOT transcription complex subunit 9, which is encoded by the CNOT9 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known component of the CCR4-NOT complex which is one of the major cellular mRNA deadenylases and is linked to various cellular processes including bulk mRNA degradation, miRNA-mediated repression, translational repression during translational initiation and general transcription regulation. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 299 residues, a mass of 33.6 kDa, and is a member of the CNOT9 protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm and is notably expressed in spleen, thymus, prostate, testis, ovary and intestine. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include CT129, RCD-1, RCD1, RQCD1, RCD1 required for cell differentiation1 homolog, and CAF40.
There are CNOT9 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
