ECA6 ELISA Kits

The ECA6 ELISA kits listed below utilize specific antibodies for the plate-based assay of ECA6 in various samples. ECA6 is another term for the CACNA1H gene, which encodes the protein, calcium voltage-gated channel subunit alpha1 H in humans. It has been reported that ECA6 plays a role in muscle organ development, among other functions. Structurally, the CACNA1H protein is 2353 amino acid residues in length and 259.2 kilodaltons in mass. However, as many as 2 protein isoforms have been identified. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell. In terms of tissue specificity, it is reported to be expressed in the adrenal glomerulosa. This protein is known to be glycosylated. Other names for this target antigen include CACNA1HB and Cav3.2. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.

  • LabAssay™ Series Biochemical Assay Kits

The LabAssay™ Series is a collection of biochemical assay kits for analyzing samples from mice and other animals. Since analyses are performed in microtiter plates, many samples can be concurrently evaluated, and only small sample amounts are needed. For research purposes only with animal serum/plasma, Not for Diagnostic Use.
  • Human Albumin ELISA

Albumin, also called serum albumin (SA), is a 66.5 kDa globular protein synthesized by the liver and rapidly excreted into the bloodstream. Its main function is to regulate the osmotic pressure of blood, but it has other important functions such as transport and binding. Low albumin levels may indicate liver or kidney disease. The RayBio® Human Albumin ELISA can rapidly quantify albumin in human plasma, serum, cell culture supernatants, and a variety of other sample types. Features: Save time ...
