These RAB7 ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of RAB7 in biological samples. RAB7 is an alias of the human RAB7A gene, which encodes the protein, RAB7A, member RAS oncogene family. Notably, RAB7 is known to play a role in endocytosis and the metabolism of lipids, among other functions. The RAB7A protein is described to be 207 amino acid residues in length and 23.5 kilodaltons in mass. It is localized to the cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue specificity, it is reported to be widely expressed, high expression found in skeletal muscle. Other names for this target antigen include CMT2B and PRO2706.
The detection range for different RAB7 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 0.312 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
