These LRH1 ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of LRH1 in biological samples. LRH1 is an alias of the human P2RX5 gene, which encodes the protein, purinergic receptor P2X 5. Notably, LRH1 is known to play a role in nervous system development and the transport of ions, among other functions. The P2RX5 protein is 422 amino acid residues in length and 47.2 kilodaltons in mass. However, as many as 5 protein isoforms have been identified. It is localized to the membrane of the cell. In terms of tissue specificity, it is notably expressed at high levels in the brain and immune system. This protein is known to be glycosylated. Other names for this target antigen include P2X5.
Some LRH1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
